The main event showcased the talents of Brain Viloria and Jesus Iribe in a 12 round light flyweight action. Brian Viloria nicknamed “The Hawaiian Punch," won via unanimous decision over Iribe to successfully defend his International Boxing Federation (IBF) light flyweight title for the first time.
Viloria, targeting a Knockout win, he tried to bring down his opponent by bringing all armaments in his arsenals in the 12th round as he went toe-to-toe with Iribe, who managed to withstand the attacks of the Filipino champion by putting his defense a little more stronger.
The judges scorecards read as follows: 118-110, 117-112 and 117-111.
