Exactly a week before the much awaited Pacquiao vs Clottey boxing event. Tonight here in the Philippines another boxing event will be held and it is called the Ring War in Digos.

The Digos Plaza will be their battleground as Philippines' number 1 junior featherweight contender Sonny Gonzales will be fighting against the Korean Boxing Council number 2 Won Jung Won.

The 10-round fight is promoted by Jose Abad Santos Mayor Zander Khan, a former promoter of Pacquiao in Manila.

As the promoter also stated that the boxing event will be filled by excitement as it will also include vast boxing talents in 10 rounders, and eight rounders.
