Pound-for-Pound fighter and 7-world division champion Manny "PacMan" Pacquiao will be seeing action this night but as an awardee of the very prestigious Fighter of the Decade award by the Boxing Writers Association of America in its awards night to be held at the Roosevelt Hall in New York.
Due to his prominent display of power and skills, Manny Pacquiao deserves such award. And it is also said that Smokin' Joe Frazier will hand the award to the pound-for-pound king.
