Pacquiao vs Cotto or dubbed as the FIREPOWER, will explode on Saturday November 14, 2009. And this is being promoted by the Top Rank Promotions and in association with MGM Grand and Tecate. The Pacquiao vs Cotto will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
The said event will be broadcast live via HBO-Pay-Per-View.
